R U Ok? Day
Dear Parents/Guardian,
Belmore Boys High School will be participating in activities for
R U Ok Day on Thursday, 10
th September, 2015.
The aim of the event is to encourage students to have meaningful conversations with their peers who may be struggling with life.
All students will be involved in the day's events. The day's events will be as follows:

8:30 – 9am

Students will be supervised behind the safety railing on Burwood Rd, to promote and encourage others to ask "
R U Ok?"

Periods 1 and 2
|
Normal classes
|
|
Period 3
|
Students will engage in lessons concerning mental health and well-being
|
|
Period 4
|
Whole school assembly
|
|
Lunch
|
BBQ ($1.50 sausage sizzle, $1 can of drink)
|
|
Period 5
|
Team-building activities on the back field
|
