Ex-student success!

Congratulations to ex-student Paniora Nukunuku for taking out first place in the National Youth Awards "Unleashed" in the category of "Amplifier Award"!

Unleashed is a two-day summit held at the Sydney Opera House, recognising the efforts of nominees in the area of volunteering. The focus in general was young people trying to make a difference.

The Amplifier Award was given for the best example of a young person who has used their volunteering effort to create change. Paniora was recognised above eight other finalists for his contributions in such areas as the Canterbury Youth Council, the Salvation Army and Ozharvest, to mention but a few.
